What the screen answers

The screen is built around one decision. Examples include whether a journal or conical support can meet a defined load and stiffness target, whether a candidate spindle state has sufficient critical-speed separation, or whether an inverse search can produce a feasible support inside an available envelope.

  • One calculated bearing state or up to three synthesised candidates

  • Preliminary rotor-system consequence where applicable
  • Decision memo with limitations and required next action

  • Radial and axial loads, including known duty cases
  • Available diameter, length and layout constraints
  • Supply pressure and gas conditions

What is not included

  • Production CAD, drawings and tolerancing
  • Full final-design CFD/FEA
  • Supplier process approval or manufacturing release
  • Thermal validation, metrology or physical testing
  • Unbounded certification claims

When a deeper AURA pilot is required

Use the pilot when several support architectures must be compared, when the complete drive–shaft–tool layout must be constructed, when more extensive rotor dynamics is required, or when validation planning becomes a project in its own right.

Frequently asked questions

Is this a replacement for CFD?

No. It is an analytical and system-level screen used to improve the candidate and define what detailed CFD or test must prove.

Can the work start without confidential drawings?

Yes. The initial fit check can use machine type, RPM, loads, available envelope, supply pressure and the required decision.

What happens if the problem is larger than the fixed scope?

Breshev Engineering will propose an AURA Engineering Pilot or a narrower first phase before work begins.

Will I receive the full solver?

No. The commercial deliverable is an engineering result package, not public access to the complete internal calculation implementation.
