Engineering evidence reviews for precision and rotor-bearing systems.
Breshev Engineering helps engineering teams reduce technical risk before design freeze, prototype testing, or production release — through independent, fixed-scope evidence reviews built on the same discipline as the AURA Engineering Platform.
Typical starting engagement: €1,900–€4,900 review package.
Calculation completed does not mean decision ready.
Most advanced hardware teams can generate calculations, simulations, CAD models, FEM results, and test data. The harder question is different: is the evidence strong enough to make the engineering decision? Which assumptions are proven, which calculations are only screening-level, which risks remain open, what must be tested before release — and where the engineering claims exceed the available evidence.
We do not replace your engineering team. We strengthen the decision layer.
Review services
Balancing Evidence Review
A focused review of balancing evidence for one high-speed rotor: tolerance-plane allocation, correction mapping, machine/process capability, vector repeatability, component-vs-assembly transfer, modal sensitivity, and what the residual imbalance number is allowed to prove.
Engineering Evidence Review
Independent review of technical assumptions, calculation logic, model evidence, physical plausibility, and decision readiness — for one defined engineering decision.
Design Freeze Readiness Review
Assessment of whether a design has enough engineering evidence to move toward freeze, prototype testing, or production release — with a missing-evidence list and explicit release boundary.
R&D Validation Workflow
Development of a structured, decision-gated engineering workflow connecting design, calculation, testing, documentation, and release decisions — with templates, acceptance criteria, and a freeze checklist your team keeps.
Fractional Engineering Systems Advisor
Senior external advisory for complex engineering decisions: technical board participation, design review support, validation planning, decision-gate setup, and mentoring of senior engineers.
A structured review process, not open-ended consulting.
Scoped review packages
| Service | Duration | Typical output | Starting fee |
|---|---|---|---|
| Balancing Evidence Review | 5–7 working days | Evidence map + boundary statement | €1,900 |
| Engineering Evidence Review | 1–2 weeks | Evidence matrix + risk report | €2,900–€4,900 |
| Design Freeze Readiness Review | 2–4 weeks | Freeze readiness report | €5,000–€12,000 |
| R&D Validation Workflow | 1–2 months | Workflow + templates | €12,000–€30,000 |
| Fractional Engineering Systems Advisor | Monthly | Advisory / review board | €4,000–€12,000/mo |
Final pricing depends on technical complexity, available documentation, urgency, confidentiality requirements, and review depth. Every engagement starts with a scoped boundary — we do not begin open-ended consulting without defining the decision, the evidence, the expected output, and the exclusions.
Built on the same discipline as AURA.
Breshev Engineering is founded by Oleksii Breshev, a mechanical and R&D engineer with approximately 18 years of experience in complex mechanical systems, precision engineering, gas-static and aerostatic bearing systems, rotor dynamics, and validation workflows. The company develops the AURA Engineering Platform — professional engineering software for direct bearing calculation, inverse parameter synthesis, spindle and rotor configuration, rotor-dynamic analysis, and release evidence. These separate review services apply the same evidence discipline without reducing AURA itself to a review product.

Confidentiality and IP boundaries
Breshev Engineering works under NDA when required. For every engagement, the scope separates: client confidential data, client project-specific results, Breshev Engineering background IP, AURA Engineering Platform methods and pre-existing work, public technical materials, and deliverables created specifically for the client. This protects both sides and keeps the review process clear and legally manageable.
